Customer information
Helpful answers before you buy. HHCResell displays our eBay listings and any products we choose to publish directly to our storefront. Direct website checkout is not enabled. For marketplace items, use their individual external listings for purchase and verify current price, quantity, condition, and terms there.
Contact & customer support
Have a question about a product? Open its listing using the Buy on eBay link on our shop, then use eBay's seller contact option. For an existing order, please use your eBay purchase history and order messages. This keeps the item or order details together with your conversation.
For products shown in our direct HHCResell store section, use Email us about this item to open a message to our business contact address with the item reference prefilled. You may also copy the item details. Sending a message is not an order or a reservation; we will confirm availability before discussing any next steps.
We do not take payment or request sensitive payment information through this website or direct messages.
Shipping & returns
Shipping cost, destinations, handling time, estimated delivery, and available shipping services vary by item. Please check the individual eBay listing and the details shown at eBay checkout before ordering. Shipping estimates in private seller test tools are not customer offers or purchased labels.
Return eligibility, return window, and who pays return shipping are governed by the applicable item's eBay listing and relevant eBay policies. If you need to request a return or report an order issue, start from the order in your eBay purchase history.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy directly on this website?
Not yet. Use Buy on eBay for eBay items. Our Webstore.com storefront is linked in the seller resources section; its item availability and checkout are handled separately there. Direct-store products are for inquiries only; no HHCResell website checkout or payment collection is enabled.
Are the items shown here available?
We display listings from our connected inventory feed, but availability can change. Confirm the latest price, quantity, and details on eBay before purchase.
Where can I see an item's condition and photos?
Open its eBay listing for the full item description, photos, condition, and any item-specific notes.
How do I ask about an item or an order?
Use eBay's contact-seller option for an item, or your eBay purchase history for an existing order.
What does Save or Saved Finds do?
It keeps a personal shortlist of currently listed eBay items in this browser. It does not reserve stock, create an account, or notify us of your selections. Clearing browser storage may erase saved finds, and they do not automatically transfer to another device. When you have saved items, Copy saved list produces text containing the currently listed items' titles, displayed prices, and original eBay links, ready for you to paste elsewhere. Copying does not transmit a wishlist to HHCResell.
Do the price filters include shipping?
No. Price-range filters use the displayed item price before shipping or applicable taxes. Verify the current item total at eBay checkout.
What does Share listing send?
It offers the original eBay listing link through your device's share sheet or a copy-link option. Sharing does not place an order.
Where do I pay?
Payments for marketplace purchases are completed at the linked external marketplace. We do not collect payment on this HHCResell website yet.
Privacy information
This public storefront displays product information from our eBay inventory. You can browse it without creating an HHCResell customer account or entering payment information here. When you choose Buy on eBay, you leave this website and eBay handles its own checkout and data practices under its policies. If you use Saved Finds, the selected eBay item IDs are stored locally in this browser by that feature and are not submitted to our server as a wishlist. You can remove items using the Save/Saved controls or clear this browser's local storage.
Like other hosted websites, the platform and service providers may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. Please do not send payment card information through item inquiries. This section describes the current storefront, not a promise about third-party data handling.
Website & purchase information
Product details on this storefront are provided for browsing convenience and may change as listings update. The corresponding eBay listing is the place to verify the current price, item condition, availability, shipping details, and return terms before placing an order. Purchases are completed through eBay and are subject to the terms presented there.
Images and descriptions relate to their respective listings. Please do not treat this website as a separate checkout or order-placement service.
